Last December we went to Las Vegas to participate in “The Great Santa Race” in an attempt to break the world record for the largest gathering of Santas. There were well over 3,000 Santas on Freemont Street, including some of our friends from the LVM21 message board.
This was the first time I met PaulMerca and Monk_Monkey in person! The tall guy is Monk’s husband, Mark. Both Paul & Mark are photographers. Sadly, I am not.
This is a staged photo of Monk & I running around Green Lake that Paul took for the Northwest Runner article. Notice the difference in quality!

RJ (aka Shy Flirt from the LVM21 board) just showed me how to use the timer on my camera. We had just finished a run on the Burke-Gilman Trail.
Two days later I was in Orange County running with Cannon & Surf City USA from the LVM21 board. We divas really get around
